Now a days it has become a fashion to have a pet dog. But the pet dog owners do not have a minimum civic sense or common sense, they bring their dogs to freely defecate in front of neighbours home, on streets, on parked cars, etc. Ghmc should put an end to this nuisance and must impose hefty fines on dog owners.

Also people are making street dogs as pets and further doing the same, they let these creatures defecate on public places causing in convenience to everyone.

Why still there is no proper law or regulation to address this issue?

Is this not a part of swatch bharat?

And why these people do not have minimum common sense?
