Respected sir,

A stray dog has been adopted by our neighbors. Eventually, the dog has creating chaos in the lane chasing people, killing other's pet hens and small dogs. The dog is not vaccinated and is very dangerous as we have small kids playing in the lane and the dog is a threaten to them as well. The neighbors who have adopted the dog are not taking any action against our complaints to them and they are also not ready to take any responsibility of it. I request you to help us in catching this dog and putting it in the shelter as the dog is mentally ill and is very dangerous. Thank you!
