Hello sir,
My name is hanmanth. I actually wanted to share my experience of food order at svm grand, attapur.
I have ordered chicken starters for my kids and we got cockroaches in it. Pathetic, now i know how svm grand kitchen is maintaining it's kitchen.
I am scared now and i pray that my kids won't fall sick. Please be aware guys. I thought a reputed large restaurant would serve hygienic food but i was wrong. A big disappointment. I will be sharing few pics for evidence as the restaurant might simply say that it's not true and i was just one of their unhappy customers.
There should be a serious action taken against these guys and also there should be some random checking done by food officials on all restaurants to see if they are maintaining hygiene in their kitchens.
