Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — garbage collector is corrupt & doesn't work properly

We live in sher gate, basheerbaug. There comes a garbage collector who takes ₹100 from every house which might be worth a thousands of black money. Yet he doesn't do his job properly. Takes off the garbage only as per his wish 10-12 times in a month or so. He is not regular at all in spite of asking for the money every month. Please kindly take the action. Thanking you.
