Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — I am complaining about employees in hmda and their process

I am place a application for huda permit copy on 16th . I went on 23rd to collect it but my application didn't even went to record room, its been a week but still it is in inwt section. When I requested record incharge to process as soon as possible for me, he dont have answer for me and he was not telling me till when I expect to get. He was simply sitting and talking rudely
