Sub : Breaking of Rocks by using Explosive & Machinery for Illegal Ploting residents of the locality who are affected by uncontrolled blasting and disregard of the rules.

My name is Buchama R/o 48 D Vattapellay, Fathimha Nagar, Hyderabad-53, I want to make a Kind notice that some Land grabers and un social Elements are breaking the rocks as it's very dangerous process Since the blasts are carried out in an uncontrolled manner, the noise they make can be heard for up to 250 metres and echoes for around 15 minutes.We feel the vibration effect of the blast.On behalf of our locality and Residents we request you to take some action as the land Mafia has good reference in Old city Ghmc office and many high level officer & locol politicians and many more are also involved in this Rock Blasting .
residents of Fathimha Nagar Vattapellay rock garden are highly impacted and suffering with air and noise pollution emanating out and unable to open doors and windows and suffocating badly causing health issues.
Also the noise pollution is psychologically stressing the residents causing health issues. Few residents went to cbdl management, but they are reluctant to reduce or stop this issue for their own business benefits.
In addition, there is a huge stone crushing plant within 100 meters of the residential area, which is also causing lot of water pollution.
Hence we request you to please take action and stop Rock Blasting as it's very dangerous fir Human Life and at any time accident can happen .
