Please be informed that our neighbourer (accused) had installed an illegal drainage manhole through the road/footpath area near our house entrance using pipeline and an open manhole, which is verflowing through our entrance n road side causing major social n health hazard to us. Please take appropriate action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
