Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — I'm complaining about the charges of ghmc dust collection from all individual house

I'm resident of omkar nagar (L. B. Nagar) complaining regarding the high charges which are demanded by dust collectors from each individual. They are fixing the separate charges by considering place of the dustbin placed or by counting the number of floors etc., main thing to be noted is they come only twice or thrice a week and they take sudden very long gap like 6-7 days which results in accumulation of dust in houses and if we ask the reason they will be very rude in the behavior. Previously they used to charge 20/- and few months later they increased to 40/- and now they are demanding 100/- to 150/- depending on the houses and floors. As a middle class family we cant afford those charges since every rupee counts. So we are requesting to take action regarding this issue as soon as possible.
