I am resident of[protected] kamatipura near mangalhat infrom of my house one manhole is their which every 10 days it will over flow and very bad smell and mosquitoes has been spread due to which, surrounding people are suffering with fevers.

If we give complaints also, no one is ready to solve the issue

I request you to do the needful

And its required to do new pipeline because they are very old and driange water leaking and coming in to bowel waters
