This is to bring to your notice that street dog died and its getting bad smell in the colony. Please can you remove this dead dog as soon as possible. It's causing bad smell and children are afraid of coming out of houses also there is traffic congestion happening because of this issue. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Please find below are the addresses where street lights are not working from long time. So, request you to look into at the earliest & provide us resolution.
