Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — Property Tax Online Payment - Money got debited

Hi, I have paid property tax online (PTIN- [protected]) on 31 Oct 2020 using HDFC Net banking. T he amount got debited from my account but I did not receive any acknowledgement either to email or mobile that the tax payment is successful. I am trying to reach the GHMC officials but there is no reply and they are not even ready to understand the reason. I even mailed to officers but no reply. I would request to kindly do the needful.
