Hello sir, iam nethi santosh kumar from lalapet yesterday i visited to cinipolis malkajgiri for watching movie at 7 pm there we purchased samosa which was spoiled and had bad smell. When we raised complaint to the concerned they say that they are not the manufacturer and they want to compensate by providing extra money for not complaining. One of the person is arguing us saying that they got them in the afternoon itself and they are not responsible for it. I request you to kindly take some immediate action.
