Dear sir/mam,

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation. Daily its really very dangerous task to enter into street. Those dogs are creating lots of noise (Barks continuesly) during midnight's.
Sir/mam please take this as a serious situation and look into our issues.
