Please help the residents around the noisy construction of building at odd hours of the night disturbing people's sleep which is a violation of right to life and personal liberty under article 21of the indian constitution. Vijaya laxmi girls hostel, sadhana study hall. Please help us sir. We are sleep deprived because of the construction work at night time and cannot concentrate on our work during the day. Thankyou.
