Street dogs barking during midnight in our area is creating too much inconvenience for us who work in shifts and for school going kids. Every day i see atleast 20 dogs in the center of the road barking continuously. Please address this issue asap. Am complaining after a distress of more than two years now. Hoping a quick turnaround on this issue. Tq
