Dear sir/medam,

We are facing lot of trouble by increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Some of our tenents small daughter got seviourly injured because of street dogs and in hospital (In very serious condition). This is repeatedly hapenning and creating so much trouble to the surounding people. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

Kindly treat this as high priority and do the needful.
