Sir it is to bring to your notice that, violation in construction by m/s. saifiz sunshine builder & developers at h. no: 16-3-987/1 and 16-3-988/1/a which is my neighbouring plot. builder obtained permission for construction of three floors residential apartment from ghmc in the plot area 367 sq. yards with setbacks of 2 meters of neighbours on all sides and rear 3 meters, ref permit no: 50492/dc/52/c4-2016 & file no: 75818/27/04/2016/cir. iv.
Whereas it is observed that builder is daringly violating the approved plan and advancing his construction without a inch of setback and attached his pillars to my walls, and he also exposed my foundation by excavating deep below my walls.
I request you to please take some kind of action urgently against the advancing construction.
