i have already complaint on 26/08/2020 with complaint number 91296657 but no body come to resolve the complaint, after waiting so much time i approaches to some local persons whose are try to clean the main line with their gutter clean tanker but all is waist no positive result is come so i again complaining you please resolve the complaint

Hello sir,
There is no any hooper or door to door garbage colletion system in the entire colony. No any hooper comes to collect the daily garbage or there is no any dumping station for daily household garbage.
We the citizens are facing so many issues regarding this. Private hoope needs to address everytime and he demands good amount on monthly basis even after paying to government various taxes and timely payment of all commodity and utility bills.
Requesting you to pls arrange daily door to door garbage/ kachara collection system.
Address: 171/2, sector 17, pratap nagar, haldi ghati marg, sanganer, jaipur.

The doorstep waste collection in my locality is very irregular. The collection van comes only twice a week. Due to this the garbage can be seen here and there. The staff is not at all supportive. Please resolve this issue asap

I am living in civil lines road no-3 and it has been 8 days and the garbage van is not coming is our area and all the members are in problem.
Kindly go through this complaint and send the garbage van.

Sir i have an complain regarding a street light on jamuna nagar, sodala, jaipur i alredy register a complain 10 days before, but they didn't solve my problem sir plz solve it imeediately

The garbage collecting van on tonk road madhuban colony never comes on time sometimes it doesn't come and if it comes it comes at anytime some day it arrives around 10 am somedays it arrives around 11 am somedays it arrives around 12 noon. Due to this sometimes for 3 days we didn't even dispose our waste kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sub: No Water Supply from 7 months

I am resident of HNO-187, 10-B Scheme, Triveni Nagar, Jaipur. We have dedicated Water Connection but In my area water supply is not coming for my house and few more houses (Hno. 186 and 185 and many more) next to us from last 6..7.months.

We have called customer support and complaint to AEN "Anusya Tiwari", Spoke to Achal Goyal, Pankaj and many more - but no resolution so far.

No one addressing the issue and we need to buy Private Water Tankers at a price of Rs 300 every 2nd day on our own expenses.

2 people (Name- Ganesh and one more) came though, but they checked the meter and said...meter is fine...no blockage and issue with the line, But then they left and no one came again to address the line issue. People having jet pump before us pull water from line and no one addressing this illegal activities and we are facing the issues.

Please assist on this as we are not sure whom to reach. During Covid19 and Hot Summer, we are struggling for drinking water.

Kachra gaadi not coming since 5-6 days it comes once in a week

Last led street light of ward no. 63 is is not working since last 15 days. All websites and apps of jaipur nagar nigam are not responding for complaints i meant that complaints are not registering their as some technical issues may happened.
Please solve this as soon as possible as it is a forest area

I registered complain on 18 sept but till now it is not solved.
Water is being collected near by so there is risk of dengue also
. I request you to kindly solve this problem as soon as possible

Hi,
This is to inform you that there are multiple cows and bulls in my locality owned by 2 families. They have got around 15 cows and all the times they are roaming around the roads and colony. A few days back one of them has hit a biker in front of my house. Our kinds can not go out to play because of that and when we asked the owner to keep them inside they are ready to fight. Dirtiness is all over there. They just grab the milk from them and get them out on the road. They are running an unlicensed dairy in a JDA approved residential area. The location is Jaswant nagar khatipura Jaipur 302012 near Siyaram hospital. Please look into this as soon as possible.

I am living paramhans colony murlipura jaipur.
Its totally residential area and before 15 days in front of my house no.2d paramhans colony murlipua started total commercial activities they convert their house in godown and coverd ground and first floor with teen shades and iron jaal and all shifted all carton box all over there and any time commercial vans are running there and in night also after 10pm to 12pm also. Kids are frustrated from that they study online but its disturbing. And outside that place no cleaning, waste cartons box and plasti packing materials are outside our street but they dont help to clean and they dont care about it.
Please if help us and suggest whats the solution for this.

A dead cat has been lying on the road outside my house and Jaipur Nagar Nigam refuses to remove the dead body. They say that they only remove the dead bodies of cows. Who am I supposed to contact then? The dead cat is lying on 1st avenue, goms defence colony, vaishali nagar, jaipur

The complain is from bhaskar circle khadi bandar as their was a garbage spot long time before people use to throw they waste at that place slowly some shops got open over here and day by day they increased and slowly the every day the garbage shifted toward the residential area it's creating a bad smell we requested the people to shift it back to the same place but no one did we living in a good society we should have a nice environment around us but these shopkeepers creating a bad image of the area and even some of the neighbors come at night and gather all the garbage over this place none of them throw in dustbin a which is few meters away and even we have taxi facility they don't even use that the location is khadi bandar k samne near bhaskar circle please do something make challan of these people and make the tezi people to ensure that they forcefully make charges from them even if they don't throw garbage else they won't stop they keep on doing so it's a humble request please make some action against them and put a mark that यहाँ कचरा नही ठाले main point is that not only kitchen waste they even throw stones from small dismantle walls in on going construction work pollybags newspaper rolls chai cups etc etc it is creating a bad smell in morning and look bad at even when visitors go by this road as of the road is quite of traffic and have major connectivity
And all these shops are illegal they sell pan masala bad items the saras diary shop also sells the cigrate pan masala etc etc and these toxic items are been sell near the school gate and whole day some 15 20 people use to sit all the day and create non sense over here please take some steps sir
