wrong numbers bill

Dear sirs
from last 10 years i got the bill of water for the connection no. of 1120
which was and which is not mine i complaint for it so many times in last 10 years some times the officer came to my house and confirmed that there is no connection of no. 1120 but still there is no changed in bill and they give it to me each and every year with intrest now i am tired with every time application
