This is to complain about the garbage collection in our layout. (DURGA VIDYUTH NAGAR, RAMANAYYAPETA, KAKINADA).
Laxmi and ramana who are collecting the waste are very rude to the people and not collecting the waste regularly from some houses. While picking the waste they show some partiality, going to some houses and collecting and even cleaning the roads infront of their houses. If we ask the same they are screaming at us, this makes us inconvenient. Please kindly solve the problem at the earliest. Thank u

At Ramaraopeta in Prakasam street all Covid patients are freely roaming @ our apartment premises to seek the appointment of a doctor Kiran pulmonary allergy clinic. We are residents of near by this clinic and afraid of these Covid patients they are sitting in open atmosphere and Chitchat with each other. We all are well known about this disease it a airborne and any one can be affected with this . Our humble request is kindly take a suitable action to avoid free roaming of Covid patients in around the residential apartments.

I m Rajagopal bring to your notice for doing the needful.
1)No supply of drinking water to door no 70-4A-23/1, padmanagar, Ramanayyapeta, kakinada 533005, ward no 1.near padmanagar park from three days.Our valunteer informed that pipeline repair work is in progress on RTI road.It seems they are laying new hdpe pipe line.
2)No responsible person from kmc is giving correct picture.Hdpe line inter connection can be done in one day and checking another day.I do not know why they are taking four days.At least give information and phone no of supervisor who can tell us details.pl do the needful.

Garabage not collected from our apartment indrapratha residency 3rd ward jeyendra nagar opposite to Dmart since 2 days that is on 6 may and 7 may.i wish you take immediate action

Water supply for my house is stoped. i rasing this complaint due to lack of water supply scaricty .on before of april month water will come very slow and one time a day only . from the mid month of april totally stoped the water supply. we are suffering a lot to bring the water from the out side streets so many families are living here. so its very difficult to bring water from outside. so im requesting to take action againt this and please provide the water supply to my house as soon as possible. As we all aware we are going through a tough 2nd wave of a pandemic situation.
Close to my house daily people occupy the footpath on the ROB foot paths (2-Town police station over bridge). They sleep there all night. They come around 8 pm and leave at 5 pm daily. They don’t wear masks and sleep in in a very unhygienic conditions.
They through consumed food packets and garbage from the top to the road next to the bridge. They even wash hands after consuming food on the foot path and the water splashes on to the road next to that bridge .Even they use the foot path as bathroom some times.
No disrespect to anybody, but this kind of practice in the middle of a pandemic is clearly unsafe for the residents besides the overbridge.
I request you take necessary action and relocate these people to a safe area so that its safe for themselves and also for the residents.

As the drainges were not cleared water is coming inside the house from the drainage

We have placed our waste properly segregated packed in baggage covers and have been trying to give it to the municipal vans from 10 days but they are not taking it even after we ourself tried to place it in the van they are refusing to take it. Instead the ward volunteer surya Kala started to fight with us today morning bluntly denying service to us.

The inspector came today and when we questioned him he threatened us ( including my mother and sister) saying that he will show us the power of department using arrogant language against us. He was saying he would call a jcb and destroy our walls.

The inspector said bluntly that he will not accept to take that garbage bags and says that there is no reason for that. We also have video evidence for the same.

The grama volunteer (incharge) has removed the garbage from the covers and threw it outside the covers deliberately just to potray a wrong picture and for putting the blame on us.

Only after a very big argument and questioning them after 1 hour they took the waste. We had to again re segregate and pack the waste into bags which the ward volunteer has thrown out of bags.

If the municipal vans do not accept the garbage bags that are properly segregated and packed where are we supposed to dispose the waste.

We are facing such harrasment regularly despite properly adhering to the rules.

On the other hand there is huge lump of waste in our opposite house which is old sachivalayam office upon which there is no action unless we questioned.

There is a illegal land which is occupied by a normal men at ideal engenering collage Near to Relance network tower opposite to Hunman Temple.That land has no Docments from many years the land is been empty suddenly 3 months back it is been occupied by him.From yesterday they had started work to bult a bulding sir.The land is occupied by G.Bhaskar he is a relastate broker and runs a kirena store at veer Kahmal Theator.

As a responsible office take a strict action sir.

Hi Sir/Madam,

There is no drain facility in front of my home for the last 25 years. Recently roads have constructed and drainages also renovated in my colony but in few streets there is no drain facility at all. we are struggling to drain the waste water. we have taken this matter to ward officials but still no update. Request you to help us on this issue.
