Namaste, i m Prasad Ramesh Shinde living adress following, 07 shinde chawl, opposite redcross hospital, beside msrtc divisional office teen petrol pump, panchpakhadi thane west 400602.
I have filed a plenty of complaints about branches of tree over my whole house, however in last week when the thunderstorm affected in our city, some of branches of the tree has fallen on my house and the cement sheets had broken critically.
I got some helpline numbers on which i almost called 100+ times, i called to authorites of this perticular department, filed compalaint with photos of my house with loses but till now no one has come to even watch what have had happened.
I just wanted to know there is monsoon nearby, if again branches will fall on my house and destroy it completely the "respective officers" or "Thane munciple comrporation" gonna take responsibility?? When will they take action?? After that branches destroy my whole house??

Better you arrange some people to cut those tree branches after writing a letter that "since authority has taken no steps on repeated complaint which has resulted into severe property loss, i am forced to cut branched myself to avoid further loss of property and life, for which only concerned officers will be responsible in case any action is taken against me"

With respect of your suggession sir, first of all thank you for your precious suggession, as we all know we normal citizens have not any authority to cut the tree and its illegal as said by law.first i thought i ll do with that way but as i m came from a middle class family i cant bare cases and all kind things so i choose this way as a legal and safer option, tho as well as i am super scared of that thought "what if that tree will fall off?" But still i m doing this with patiently.
