No mechanism to communicate to customer about a cancelled ticket by airline. Customer only come to know from the airline itself while doing web check-in. No customer care on Sunday post 9:00 PM onwards like people should not travel in the night. Now dont have any update when the reimbursement will be done - it is still rolling between musafir.com and the airline. Reached airport and came to know that tickets have been cancelled. It was my first vacation with family post marriage. And none o[censored]r agents receive the call. Still waiting at the airport.

Please let me know the status of the ticket.today I have booked one ticket from kolkata to Chennai on 04.03.17 in name of Debashri singha. Payment has deducted..but still now i have received any ticket.
