Musafir.com — I have cancelled fight 20 days back still they did not refund the amount after multiple follow ups

There are 2 flights those have been cancelled and for 2 flights, transaction failed, and amount have been deducted from the account, that amount also not yet refunded. its been more than 20 days to follow up with musafir, whereas, specific airlines already deposited money to musafir's account on the same day of cancellation.. i never came across such a pathetic service provided from any other agency..
