Hello

I'm writing this regarding my experience with musafir.com. I have applied for Malaysian tourist visa through musafir.com. I have done the payment of Rs.3500 as per request their request. My reference id is M-3SQWM. They ask me to send the air ticket, passport, photo. I have send it all those documents on time. And they promised me that I will get the visa within 4 days.

But after 4 days i have received a mail that my visa has refused. I dont know whats the reason behind that. I asked them to give a very detail explanation regarding that. And im sure that there is no chance of rejection according to my application. But they never give an explanation in detail. Only they said to contact the Malaysian embassy.

Later I applied visa via another travel agency with same document I got the visa within 3working days .

i wish i would have came across your complain before, i totally agree that musafir team is very irresponsible, and they do not give satisfactory response to client quivery

one can find my conversation with musafir and how they respond to issue and how they hide information from costumers
