My Air Ticket Pvt Ltd — My complaint is about non refund of amount paid for purchase of air tickets

I had transferred rs 1.495 lac for purchase of 2 international air tickets to chicago on 18.6.15 to ms my air ticket pvt ltd, netsmartz house, first phase, krishnagarh,
Chandigarh. but they had not provided me with the tickets nor refunded the money i sent. on contact through mail and phone they are evading the refund for the last 6 months. matter may be inquired and the complaint settled early.
