My Airticket — Refund not received

I had transferred inr 30, 000 to book my airticket but because of the false commitments, i requested them to cancel the booking and refund back the amount. This refund request was placed on 29th june and since then i have been hearing a lot of false commitments that they would be processing the refund in 10 days, 20 days, 30 days. This is was not enough. when they were out of days, they exclaimed that due to the sudden death of the company director, all the transfer had been stopped as he had the signing authority. well, what i am i to do with these reasons? why bring sympathy in business? Final date given to me after giving all possible reason was 25th august, 2015 and i have still not got any amount from them what so ever. Below are the details of the refund.
