Hello
I had undergone a root canal and a cap treatment done around 6 months back, but the cap has come out 4 times in this span, apparently the previous doctor is on leave and the new attending doctor says that I need to get a new cap made, all after paying 17500 for the entire treatment, now they are saying that they will need to do a cap replacement and without a warranty card I will have to pay again, I fail to understand what are the online systems for ?.
