My Flower App — Order delay

Placed order for cake on 8th May 2021 but due to lockdown in Kerala the delivery parter refused to deliver so the one of the executive from mayflowerapp called in and they said they won’t be able to refund the money back to my bank account as they don’t have that feature to do so but they accept payment from all mode.
So now I had on 2 option either take money back in myflowerapp or they will send a customised gift and the same will be delivered in 3 days.
I was ok with that and that guy asked me to share the pic on his Whatsapp number - +[protected] and he said that he placed order on 9th May 2021.
After 4 days I tried calling on their customer care number +91 [protected] but it goes to voice mail then I sent them email on mailto:[protected]@myflowerapp.com every time I get the same response that the order has dispatched and soon it will be delivered.
Today is 19th day and still order has not delivered.
In between I called 100 times and wrote email 20-30 time’s asking for refund it to wallet atleast as it’s of no use to send gift after 2weeks of birthday passed but no reply on the same. I just get the same repeated response.

Requested for call me back but call back.

This is really frustrating service that I ever received till now.
