My Flower Gift — Not delivered, nor refunding the money

Have ordered a bunch of decorated chocolates and made the payment online, after 3 weeks delivery hasn’t completed, contacted several times. No response

Later I made complaint on consumer forum, and after a week I got a credit note instead of refund, I refuse the credit note and they didn’t respond

Now I have ordered something using the credit note after 3 months, now they are saying this order can’t deliver, instead order a cake and pay additional for delivery

I object it and demand for my refund again, they are not even responding

This company is the worst service providers in terms of online service.

am requesting consumer forum to interfere in this and find a solution to this …
