My Flower Gift — Regarding the fraud they committed after receiving the money

I placed an order with their site for which they charged an extra fee for a fixed delivery time and we have been waiting since then, neither our order has been delivered nor they have any proper customer support service, I have been trying to reach them out on different numbers provided on their site and all of them are switched off, they do not reply on WhatsApp and their live support keeps you waiting in the queue. Highly disappointed by what these scammers are doing and strict action must be taken against them. I just wish to get my refund asap.
