I placed an order for yellow roses and cake on 08 Aug 25 at around 2100h (Rs 1443/-). The order number was #1349770. This had to be delivered to Shri Vankayala Venkata Ramanamoorthy, Visakhapatnam between[protected] h on 09 Aug 25. The delivery did not happen even by 1300h on 09 Aug 25 and i started calling the customer support. Every time they promised me that they will raise a ticket and ensure delivery in 30 min. I must have made atleast 10-12 calls till 2100 on 09 Aug 25. The item was not delivered on 09 AUg 25. On 10 AUg 25, i started calling at 1030h. They again promised me immediate delivery. It is 1230h on 10 Aug 25 and there is no sign of the item even being ready. The customer support staff are arrogant and they cut the phone when some tough questions are asked. Twice, i have requested for cancellation of the order and refund, but even that is not happening. Overall, a very pathetic online flowers/ cake provider. Was this information helpful? |
