I ordered some flowers from them for Valentine's day and they never delivered them. There is no way to contact them as well. Please do not use this website.

I ordered the flowing gem cake ID 5050 and am very annoyed and disappointed that I received a cake that looked nothing like the display.. this is NOT acceptable and I want an immediate action to be taken.. I specifically told the customer service that it was for a 9 year old birthday and to make the top look pretty.. I revived a cake not more at 350-400 grams about 5 inches in diameter and less that 2 inches high .. just plain which I could have got from a 3rd rate bakery.. even that would have been better !

I have ordered a cake for my Fiancee's birthday with some romantic wish to be write over there. One of your executive suggest me with the same. But as we got the item there was no message written. And Even the Happy birthday tag was also damaged.

I ordered for red velvet cheese cake gor birthday celebration it was mentioned with candles n knifes provided . But wat i received was nothing close to red velvet i received plain sponge cake with red colour on it nad no candles nothing. Cake was stale old and not edible. Worst service fraud company charged me 1300 for the ### in the name of red velvet

My cake was smashed completely. opened it few minutes after the delivery. Please demand for a refund.

I place my order on 13 February for delivery on 14 February. But I did not get the order till 16 February I waited and did not get the order till 15 February 2021. I have raised the concern with your customer care executive regarding the cancellation of my order and refund the amount but after continuous follow up with your customer care executive and reminders for cancelling the order (order no-767673), still I am awaiting my refund amount.
You are requested to refund my amount as soon as possible your quick response will be highly appreciated.

We have ordered cake and flower booket on 14 feb and there was no response and product was not delivered to us.
they have taken amount of rs.2300 and i emailed them several times but in reply they are saying that order is delivered.
they are useless and fraud company.
they are doing fraud with many please file a complaint and take strict action.

my flower tree is totaly fraud company.
i want my refund as soon as possible.

Made a booking 10days in advance of the delivery date with cash transaction online. But the gifts were never delivered ever..Repeated attempts to contact the customer service were futile as No one replies. No refund of the money spent on the gifts either.
Emailed their department got a reply after 4 days that they need more time to find out. When there was No reply i emailed them again, but No replys from them ever after that. After calling 48 times on their No. it was Answered 49th time and they said we need 48 hours to Revert back, but No efforts to fix the problem was taken nor anyone answers the calls Either... Their live chat option of Customer care is Helpless too as No one replys to your queries as u wud die waiting...basically its a haox website, which is doing an open day and night robbery and looting peoples hard earned money..REAL thugs of hindustan...

The order was to delivered on 14th. No message or call. Called on 15th late night. So i said to cancel the order. The delivery person agreed to cancel. But they have not refunded the money. No response on email.
I see various other similar complains. So they do it deliberately. Basically fraud.

I order love hamper worth rs 1400 on 14 th feb 2021 for same day delivery but they seems to me that your product is delivered to you but its a false delivery on my location now i dont to rearrange to my order delivery i want my refund money in my own saving account as soon as possible.

I tried to reach mayflowertree.com as I didn't receive my order. No response from them when I called customer care and even messaged them no response at all. I requested for refund at [protected]@myflowertree.com they say that we do not accept incoming mails. What for the support is for? They cheated me and many more. Please don't order anything from mayflowertree.com.

I purchased a gift from them on 14th February (order number - 769424) and paid extra surge price for same day delivery.
No delivery made in 72 hours. No support provided by anyone. No emails or follow ups. They duped hundreds of innocent people with this scam.

Ordered two items on this year's valentine's day, i.e., 14 Feb 2021. While ordering, it shows a delivery promised within 3 hours. Later, once I ordered it was showing that the order would be delivered latest by 9 pm today. For reference, order ID is #770986. As they simply mentioned 9 pm, so I tried to contact their customer care representatives, but all in vain. No reply. Simply, tailor-made replies posted by bots, then I tried their given contact no., but again no response. Then, I emailed them on the ID which they have mentioned that they would consider complaint through that ID, but instead I received a response saying that the email is not monitored now. Thereafter, waiting for another two days considering busy valentine's day, I called them on the Customer Care No, again, the call is received and they hear at the start and then call drops automatically. Really tried calling them for at least 8-9 times, but now, the call doesn't connect at all.
So, their delivery guy calls in the midnight at 11:30 pm on 14 Feb 2021 when our day ends and we were resting. We refused to accept the order as it doesn't make sense to accept the order in the midnight. Moreover, we arranged the items from local shop. These guys wasted our beautiful day keeping us waited for the whole day.
Highly unethical and unprofessional team/company. I don't know how they are still functioning.
I have all the correspondences where they keep saying that delivery attempt was made so they are not at fault.
I now need a full refund of order amount at the earliest.
