I have order for valentine's product of 3955rs plus they charged me 49rs. Express delivery charge also charged me 240 rs occasion surplus. Total 4233rs.
They were supposed to deliver order till 2100hrs i tried to reach them 100 times or more on phone no.[protected].. Customer care pick calls and disconnect after i ask about order which i placed. And most times no. Is not reachable even it doesn't connect from no. We have posted on website while ordering i have called from another no. But after taking order no. They disconnected. One of agent asked me to wait till 9pm it will be delivered by that time. At 8:40 i checked order status it shown order in processing not even out of delivery when i spoke to them on fb chat there they said they are checking and right away in 10min at 8:50pm it shown me delivery attempted at 5 and rescheduled for 15 feb. Whereas they had 2 contact no. They didn't even call any of them. No one came to deliver at our place. I ordered cake bookey.. Wine for occasion and paid 289rs. Just for same day delivery. They did fraud i tried to reach but they don't have no. To reach and then stopped replying on fb even. Even somewhere it shows delivered whereas we haven't got order. I don't want order on 15. I just need my refund back of 4233.

They are harassing me today by calling and tried to attempt delivery today. I ordered it for occasion. If occasion is gone. Why after two days I will accept order as since yesterday I am asking them for refund as they didn't deliver product on 14th.

Today they called in morning around 11am. And when we did we ordered on 14 ND not today then a person from no.[protected] called and we told everything first he lied that your no. Wasn't reachable address wasn't found whereas address provided is on quite famous restaurant in safdarjung. Then after we asked them to show one call or message or Emil regarding same. He said he will enquire case and call back in 2hrs. Then they again didn't responded. Today after two days they are trying to deliver cake bookey and wine which I ordered for occasion will they decide when I will celebrate occasion. After doing all possible things to ruin up the occasion.whereas they didn't respond on 14th properly neither on 15th .. Why today playing such dirty tactics.

no response so far they neither pick call no nor respond on email it's been already 3days passed. Please take action against them as you can see on their fb page 40plus people have not recieved their order they paid for. They post comment but they delete whereas all customer have angry reaction on their post as they really upset for fraud they did. And their own employers liked it and posted comment to make fool of others

To the consumer call. .

I request you to take this case on high priority they are literally harassing me. And just lying. First they saying they tried to attempt delivery on 14th and recipient no. Wasnt reachable so they couldn't deliver. Ist.. They do have sender no. Email if they really tried to attempt and call recipient why they didn't inform on call or email to sender. 2nd the address provided was very famous restaurant one can google the address and get there. That restaurant is 24*7 hrs working.. 3rd we have text and recording where they apologized for inconvenience and agreed that they couldn't deliver on 14 because of Valentine's Rush. On 15th we requested for refund. Then why they tried to attempt on 16th they did call recipient as well as sender that is me and updated on email on 16th as they tried to do that. But when I already requested for refund as they couldn't deliver provided order on day it was scheduled. Then who are they to decide their own and tried to call and ask to take order on 16th. So we denied. The order of flower cake wine was ordered for occasion not for any day.

They just emailed that still they are refunding money of 4233 in my flower tree wallet. Why I should accept that. They are big time liar. Totally fraud. I need my refund back in source account from where it is paid. I will newer use such cheap fraudulent people company ever in my life. I drop them dozens of email requesting for refund of money. Why I should accept money in their wallet.

If they would be 100 percent true or genuine they would have never agreed to return money in their wallet even. This shows they are trying to cover up. And even retain person money.

But this company has already spoiled my one occasion why I will use such bogus company again??

Please take follow up with them and ask them to return money in source account.

Finally I received my refund back to my source account.
