My Flower Tree — Wrong product delivered without informing

We have ordered Blueberry cheese cake from myflowertree but normal cake was delivered without any prior information.
The look was almost same until we cut the cake .Delivery happened 5 hrs late at 10 PM where as 5 pm was shceduled time.Customer Care was not reachable even after long waiting and we called next day we raised a complain and we wanted the right product and take back the wrong product that was delivered. They said they will not refund neither replace the product.

We want full refund to Our original payment account from where payment was made.
