My Hub Travel — fraud company--not paying refund amount | |||||
Hi, This guys are biggest fraud and do everything in a planned way. I booked Cab for Shimla-Manali tour from 18th Feb 2018 and paid 7K amount out of total 14K. They confirmed payment but still didn't book the cab. One day before tour i made calls to them and they increased the fare to 20K, they thought since its one day before i might forcefully agree to it but due to this unprofessional ism i cancelled my tour. They send me refund confirmation mail for 7K and now from last 2 months i am following up with them on mail and call but still no Update. They are simply postponing the refund. Its perfectly planned game they are playing. There are so may complaints of Refund and Fraud on this company at last moment. I have decided to wait for 1-2 weeks more after which i will do a Police compliant and take Legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
