We booked trip delhi to manali on 24 apr 2018. We had paid total amount before we reached delhi including gst. But they didn't pay money to the cab. They took money for desel from us by teelling us that travel agency would pay the money. At that time travel agent also promised us to pay the money, but the money was not refunded untill now. Cab drivers also not properly responded and didnt cover delhi as per itenary. We lost time and money....

I booked my kerala travel packages with my hub travel on 08/05/2018, for 2 days and 3 nights i paid witch amount was 22000inr for 4 adults, after 10days the travel is called me and he said that company is going to cancel to package we will refund your money in 7-21days, it's already one month over i'm not received any single rupee.
Please take an action on my hub travel make me money refund

I booked my kerala tour package on 12th jan 2018. I have sent rs 28000 for booking of the tour and flight ticket as per their demand, but they again demanded rs 16000 which i did not pay and cancelled the tour and asked for the refund. They told me that it will be refunded within 21 to 50 days. Now 6 months have passed but nothing has been refunded after several phone call.
Every time a new date is given.
Its a fraud company...

My hub travel agent called me for north east tour & had take initial amount rs 10000 (Transaction id: mht000219) for booking and after next day they asked us for another rs 10000 (Transaction id: mht000501) but when our travel date came nearer they informed us travel cannot be possible and asked us to cancel the trip.. But after three months gone they have not returned our money.. They keep on giving false commitment and every time lied to...

I booked my goa trip through this company, they had given me package of 11600/. So we immediately paid them 6000/ by paytm.. But we didn't get confirmation so we called them, then they say we have to give them 22000/ for the package so we immediately cancelled trip. This guys are biggest fraud and do everything in a planned way.

I booked Cab for Shimla-Manali tour from 18th Feb 2018 and paid 7K amount out of total 14K. They confirmed payment but still didn't book the cab. One day before tour i made calls to them and they increased the fare to 20K, they thought since its one day before i might forcefully agree to it but due to this unprofessional ism i cancelled my tour.br...

This fake company will convince you to pay some money by hook or crook so that you will come to their trap. Once you paid they will force you to pay in full.

They don't have a proper manager, some fake guy will speak to you and will behave rudely.

I was told to pay 9000 and confirm my booking. But next day they are calling and asking to pay full amount without confirmation.

How can we trust this...
