My Hub Travel — fraud company, not paying refund amount

I booked my goa trip through this company, they had given me package of 11600/. So we immediately paid them 6000/ by paytm.. But we didn't get confirmation so we called them, then they say we have to give them 22000/ for the package so we immediately cancelled trip. When we ask for refund money, they said according to company policy we will get refund within 7working days but now it's almost 2 months we call them repeatedly everytime they give me different date, not paying refund..
This is a fraud company they do same thing with all customer... This company should close because they do same thing with everyone don't pay refund..
We need strict action against this company.
I m still waiting for my 6000/ since 2months we repeatedly call them email them but of no use
