My India Shopping — Shipping and delivery

Hi, I ordered an item from My India Shopping (www.myindiashopping.com) on December 8, 2015. Order ID: [protected] : Invoice No. A15255 dated December 9, 2015. After placing the order I called the Customer Service and they promised me that the item will be delivered between 3 - 10 days from the order date. It has already been 8 days and I can see in the tracking section that it is not even Shipped yet. If it is not yet shipped after 8 days, how can they possibly deliver it within 3 - 10 days? This apparently unending wait is really agonizing. After placing the order I came to know about so many negative responses from consumers who shopped from My India Shopping. If I had known earlier I probabliy would not have ordered at all.
