My11Circle — KYC Blocked | |
I'm unable to place withdraw request because it says the KYC documents belong to another user. Actually, I think it's my because of my account in Rummy Circle. I don't play Rummy Circle anymore because of the ban on rummy games by Kerala Government. However, I still have access to that Rummy Circle Account. I need this problem resolved quickly. I'm blocked and unable to update KYC. As a result, I'm not able to withdraw money. I'm simply getting emails from the Support team stating it's solved and in truth nothing is solved. My KYC verification is stoped due to unclear document how can i replaced with an clear document?? Someone please help me...I mailed 5-6 times but they have no helpful personal about this concern.
