Myairticket.com — Took money for 2 tickets, and won't help schedule either!!!

I booked 2 tickets, and did not use either because i had a sudden demise in the family. at the time, myairtickte.com assured me (and it is in the fine print of the ticket, as well) that for a fee of $250, i can still use the funds within a year of the original date of travel. June22nd 2014 was the original date. i have contacted this company again and again and again via email, via phone... no one at this compny will respond. They have basically cheated me of ~$3900. I have loads of email transcripts since late february that i can share here
