This company is big fraud. This company presentatives contacted me and my wife and by saying they need feedback from some session conducted at doctor clinic. We also told them that we will need some time to decide if we want their services or not by mistaken enrolled the policy.
After many struggle, I was able to connect with support team at mycord. I am facing the fraud as I asked them to cancel my policy and close the loan.
In return, they asked me to transfer Rs. 15000 for cancellation. I have transferred the amount immediately to get rid of loan emis. But it is almost 2 months and they still saying it is in process. I have already paid 1 EMI and there is 2nd EMI in queue.
This company is literally cheating on people.

I PAID RS 10000 (CIRN NO 1706KL11037) AS REGISTRATION FO STEM CELL BANKING TO CELUGEN BIOTECH PRVT LTD C a/c no[protected] ifsc code ICIC0001647 ON[protected] AS A NEFT, AFTER I DROPPED THIS STEM CELL BANKING AND I REQUESTED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.
Till now i had send more than 15 mails to their higher officials mail ids, in the name of

Vivek Sinha,
Shine PC,
Anil Hota
But there is no response from their side now what can be done to get my money back.

As our loan process is only process after clients aadhar card, pan card and sms approval of the loan by the client. This thing should not happen. and we are extremely apologetic for such issue. Kindly share the details and connect with us on [protected]@mycord.com
