Very bad experience with mycord

Mycord representative contacted me in apollo hospital and came to my home for registration.

They offered me 15000 rs off if we made the registration on same time and if i want to cancel registration later any time then i can cancel it without any cancellation fee.

But just after few days i asked for cancellation then they are asking for cancellation fee 10000 rs....

I paid rs 10000 (Cirn no 1706kl11037) as registration fo stem cell banking to celugen biotech prvt ltd c a/c no[protected] ifsc code icic0001647 on[protected] as a neft, after i dropped this stem cell banking and i requested to refund the amount.
Till now i had send more than 15 mails to their higher officials mail ids,

But there is no response...

This company contacted my wife and took her details. We told them that we will need a month to decide if we want their services or not.

They said they will not activate the loan if we don't confirm. A month later we started receiving messages saying loan emi needs to be paid. I didn't sign and buy anything from the bank. We called bank and they said we need to speak with MyCord.

My EMI got deducted. We are unable...
