Mydreamshoping.com — Wrong product delivered | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Sujata Bhuvad, I have got a call from mydreamshping.com dated 26th February 2016 saying that I have selected for special offer that is if I purchase Samsung galaxy on 7 phone then I will get Sony Xperia Z2 tablet free. I have placed a order for Samsung galaxy on 7 on same day, order number is 3637, I have done payment on same date through my credit card amount Rs. 10990/-. After 10-15 days I have received a courier which is wrong product that is M Horse phone. When I called on customer care number their executive said you will get your new tracking ID after 4 days. I didn't receive any communication within 4 days. After 4 days when I called up then their executive said your complaint has registered and you will get your product within 21 days. Thaks Sujata. Your comment helped me to be fool by this website. I received call and when I ask them wait till I read their Terms and Condition before click on Place Order by Credit Card, thay cut the phone and never called me again.
Fraud and cheating by mydreamshoping
Company giving a call and telling about offers and after online payment done company sending china made phone worth of 500/- and when we are contacting again the phone is switched off[protected]http://www.mydreamshoping.com
Thanks Sujata and others who have posted their complaints. It understand it cannot suffice what you have faced but definitely helps people like me to get into the same trap. Luckily I read the reviews about the site and didn't made any purchase.

I got a call from mobile number[protected] on 9th july 2016 05:18 PM.They said as a promotional offer from mydreamshopping.com if i pay Rs 7999 i will get maximum of 3Nights and 4days of accommodation with complimentary services in listed 3 to 5* Properties all over the India and a smartphone SAMSUNG GALAXY J7. I asked why you are giving this offer.He said if i make the payment through icici payment gateway, Company will get double amount reward points.
Post that i made the payment through ICICI payment gateway of amount Rs 7999.a verfication call from ICICI payments department confirmed my transaction was successful. i received payment successful mail. They said once the payment is successful they will share holiday package kit & samsung galaxy J7 mobile shipment way bill numbers.But till now 12th July 2016 there is no response from mydreamshoping.com If i call their customer care they dont respond.
Now i understand it is a big scam.They cheated me i have all the telephonic & email recorded conversations
Please suggest can i complain the issue on mydreamshoping.com & ICICI PAYMENT GATEWAY with RBI ombudsman officer & cyber police? Please provide cyber crime police details.
