[Resolved]  Myflowerapp — A red velvet cake has been ordered


A red velvet cake has been ordered on 4th of April at 10:30 pm to be delivered on 6th April, 10 am. The product has neither been received or has they contacted us through any forms. When we contact them, the phone call directly goes to the voice mail. The whole birthday party has been a flop. We had asked for a 1 kg red velvet cake worth Rs 1793, a teddy bear of Rs 245, one candle worth Rs 49, Cadbury chocolates of Rs 225 and three greeting cards of Rs 128 each. The order was placed by Mohan K. Varghese.
We would like to have a refund of the total amount of Rs 2891 as soon as possible. The order number was[protected].

They came and delivered all the items very lately. Even though it was of not much use, they did deliver it.
