This is regarding my order no : [protected], invoice no: a 21181, placed on june25, 2016, at my india shopping, the item is not shipped still, nine audio cd's, i have send 3 mails to customer care at india shopping regarding the order progress and haven't received any reply. on tracking at the website it shows order under process and will be shipped soon from 25 th june and still no action after 3 weeks. either i need the complete products as early as possible or refund of my money. very poor customer service as they doesn't reply to queries.
