Hi I placed an order [my order no: [protected]] with my india shopping portal for purchase of 2 dvd of old telugu movies. This has been pending for over 45 days now - after payment. 1. The order was placed on 02-jun-17 2. I was asked pre-payment for the order. 3. The pre-payment was completed on 09-jun-17. It has been 45 days since and i have no information regarding the dispatch of the order. The site just shows no information about order fulfillment. Few quick questions on the business model of myindiashopping. If the items were not in stock - why was it advertised on the site and why was payment sourced... If item is in stock - then why the delay in shipping the same... This is completely bad customer experience. Can you please help... Was this information helpful? | |||||
