I did my 12th booking with myles for 4-5 nov'17 and i10 (Booking id[protected] and paid for i10 and 3rd time in a row, they sent me a different car with a lower value. The car they sent me was damaged and battery was dead, i had to push start the car with woman sitting in it at least 5 time in the period. I called myles care said please return & we will refund the amount. This, i thought was absolute rubbish, since they do not value a person time or they do not bother about a person's booking made, which is an outstation booking. 2 times i asked to speak to the manager but they informed that they do not have a manager (Wonder which care / call centre works without a manager). I was given zero fuel and left the car with 40% fuel, which i was told will be refunded. They haven't bothered to refund the same.
The height of stupidity is that after 11 bookings, a local myles person from mumbai (Who was rude & arrogant) wouldn't give me the car as he said that my kyc's were missing (Seriously). My kyc's on myles account are verified and loaded. He wanted my passport which i refused to give as they already have a copy of my driver's license, pan card & aadhar card. Absolutely ridiculous.
The car was in a bad state. They replaced my car to 80 kmph car, even though i told them that i was going out of mumbai.
My last booking with myles anyways and i will update all people not to book with myles as they are fake and fraudulent and they are just ripping people of their money by charging for a different car and sending a different car, which is an offence under ipc section 420 (Cheating) & ipc section 421 (Fraud). To add to all this, communicating with them for a service for which monies are already paid leads to trauma and mental harrassment
