I booked myles yesterday with my signup and there were no instructions like iwe have to make account from the name and number of the person who will be driving the car. And they made me to pay cancellation charges 200+ 3% money without any fault.

Exactly a week ago, on 2nd feb, i had used myles app and booked ford ecosport from bangalore for a day which deducted rs.2700/- from my bank (Pls find attached the screenshot of it). But i had not got any booking confirmation, car details or any info in the ride history (Pfa the screenshot)

I've booked kuv 100 car on 4thnov 2017 thru app & cancelled later on 6th nov as per their cancellation policy some charges have been levied & remaining amount is still not yet credited ive been calling the customer care since the last days. I've written a mail regarding the same but no revert from them & when contacted my bank they are asking me to check with myles whether it was credited to other account instead of my bank account very pathetic...

I did my 12th booking with myles for 4-5 nov'17 and i10 (Booking id[protected] and paid for i10 and 3rd time in a row, they sent me a different car with a lower value. The car they sent me was damaged and battery was dead, i had to push start the car with woman sitting in it at least 5 time in the period. I called myles care said please return & we will refund the amount. This, i thought was absolute rubbish, since they do not value a person...

This is the worst experience we have had. It's a fraud company who cheats people. We made a booking and selected (Ldw for175 instead of paying the security deposit which is 5000) they charged us the ldw fee and the security deposit was demanded. The customer support team are not responding if we call them again they put us on hold and make is wait for hours and finally they mute the call and disconnect the call, no managers around the company...

Booked a car for rent with myles cars, chennai. Had a horrible experience.
First thing they didn't provided me the car which i booked. They made some stories and asked me to take a useless car. I agreed with that and when i went to pick up the car they denied to provide me the car as i was not carrying my original license. All that they need is only license number which was clearly metioned on my license copy, after so much of drama...

My trip ended at morning 8 but i still the location at 7 am and asked the executive to come and take the car he came at 8:30 and started arguing with me regarding the fuel saying that it was not the amount which was provided while giving the car and when i didn't agree home he went away without even turning back and when i called home he also didn't pick my call. I had some urgent work, and tried to book a self driven car from gurgaon and contacted myles/carzonrent. Had a word with (Gulshan) about the booking, he said, the available car includes swift (With no security deposit) & hyundai i10 (With security deposit of 6000). While talking to him for 15-20 mins, the total price moved from 3700inr to 7865inr for no reason.
Then i was a sent a payment link...

We faced hell lots of trouble because of the poor management and coordination of the company MYLES...we had booked in for a DUSTER.. in the first place they told they will do home delivery which they didnt do as promised to us. we went to a different center and had to wait for a long time to get the vehicle. also they have not paid the road tax for kerala where we were not informed anything about it...on entry to that state we paid an amount...

Booking id - 6584241. I paid for the car for 4 full days and was late in handing over the car by 3 hours due to an overturned truck on the national highway causing backed up traffic jams from entering the city. I paid for the car till 11:30 am Monday morning but returned the car early at 3:30 am Monday morning (8 hrs before my 4 days ended). I had PAID for it in full for 4 days @ Rs.2000 a day! They have already double charged me for 4 hours...

I had booked a self drive car and picked up at the place of Myles choosing. Booking ref no. is 6575679. For a duty to be performed on 02 Feb 2016, I deposited Rs.5000/- as security deposit Rs.563/-as usage charges on 29 Jan 2016.
Duration of duty was from 07:30 to 12:30 hours on 02 Feb 2016. Vehicle was handed over before 12:30 hours on 02 Feb 2016.
It is over a month now and security deposit of Rs.5000/- is yet to be refunded....
