Hi,
Exactly a week ago, on 2nd feb, i had used myles app and booked ford ecosport from bangalore for a day which deducted rs.2700/- from my bank (Pls find attached the screenshot of it). But i had not got any booking confirmation, car details or any info in the ride history (Pfa the screenshot)
When i had complained, myles person told me that i will be getting the refund. Also, i had called my bank and they confirmed that the amount has been deducted from my account.
But sadly i have not received any refund.
Kindly look into the matter. As your myles app has not only deducted my balance, but also cancelled my weekend plan and moreover now i am scared to even book for longer days from myles. What if i had booked for rs. 16, 000 and the situation was this?
