We faced hell lots of trouble because of the poor management and coordination of the company MYLES...we had booked in for a DUSTER.. in the first place they told they will do home delivery which they didnt do as promised to us. we went to a different center and had to wait for a long time to get the vehicle. also they have not paid the road tax for kerala where we were not informed anything about it...on entry to that state we paid an amount of 2000/- for just 3 days there. and while returning the tyre had a puncture so we changed the stepney and we could not put back the tyre in its place we were calling the myles customer support and also the center where we picked up the car but no response and finally we got a rude reply like "WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT IT". This is not an acceptable way of responding and we were held up at that unknown place for more than 2 hours in an island.. finally the residents there came to our rescue... i will not recommend myles anymore to anybody... the worst services we ever had...
